Monarch Studios has a no call/no show & late cancellation policy in place. You must reach out to Monarch Studios the day before your appointment to make any changes or cancellations to avoid being charged. If you fail to do so, then you will be charged a fee of 1/2 of your service cost. Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment the day before is very important. Last minute cancellations or no-shows do not allow me to fill your spot to another client wanting an appointment. You will not be able to book another appointment until you pay the late cancellation/no show fee. If you make your appointment via Instagram, text, or phone call, your previously signed consent from will be still be valid. If you have any changes, please inform Monarch Studios prior to the start of your appointment.
